Mounting
The first step of electrical assembly is to install components in the constructed structure according to the layout plan that is designed by Technical Office.
Busbar Production
Busbar size is calculated according to nominal current and short circuit current in compliance with related standards. Then Busbars are cut, punched and bent with NC machines based on the panel design. Insulation, coating, and painting process is performed in accordance with requirements.
Wiring
Wiring is done according to the electrical power and control circuit diagrams and each wire is specifically labeled making it easier for repairs and periodic services.
Final Process
The installation of doors and covers and related wiring is the final step of assembly. To improve the IP ratings, foam is injected into doors by a fully automated machine.
