Frames and enclosures are prepared according to the drawing designed by the Technical Office in the following steps:

Punching, Cutting, and Bending

These steps are done by CNC and NC machines with the highest quality and speed. Due to these technologies, the specified requirements of customers are met with high accuracy.

Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Cutting is done with Fiber Laser Machine on mild-steel sheets and stainless-steel sheets. This machine can cut stainless-steel sheets with thicknesses up to 5mm and mild-steel sheets with thicknesses up to 12mm.

Welding and Finishing Process

Welding is done with CO2 Machines and also Fiber Laser Welding Machine to join steel plates together. Welding with Laser makes it possible to produce panels’ structures with different materials including Steel and Aluminum and with maximum IP code (Ingress Protection) according to customers’ requirements. Then the next step is the finishing process in order to make connected parts ready for painting.

Enclosure Assembly

For some types of panels, instead of welding, the frames and processed steel plates are fitted together by using joints in order to shape the completed enclosure structure.
